TyAnn has been involved in nursing since 1979, with experiences ranging from critical care medicine to home care management. As a Registered Nurse, TyAnn values the relationship between herself and her clients and prides herself on the time and care she gives to each client.

TyAnn has received advanced certification in aesthetic medicine from both regional and worldwide leaders in the business. Her passion lies with both laser therapies and injectables. She understands the industry is continually changing, and she is devoted to challenging herself to remain at the forefront of technology.

TyAnn is a native of Quincy, IL where she lives with her husband, Dr. Rick Noble. They have raised seven wonderful children, and two grandchildren. As owner of Tranquility Med Spa, she is a strong promoter of the individual business woman, herself having received a nursing scholarship from the Women’s Business Association.

Patients describe her as caring, warm, understanding, and sympathetic. She believes aging is wonderful and her greatest reward is creating a balance between the way you look and the way you feel.
